Who we are
Dages Capital is an Indianapolis-based mortgage brokerage. This policy explains what information we collect through dagescapital.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request a rate quote, or start a loan application, we collect the information you provide — including name, phone number, email address, property details, employment information, and financial information necessary to pre-qualify or underwrite a mortgage. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) via standard server logs.
How we use it
We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate loan scenarios, process applications, comply with federal and state mortgage regulations, and communicate with you about your file. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
To place and close your loan, we share information with wholesale lenders, credit bureaus, title and escrow providers, appraisers, insurance carriers, and regulators as required. We use vetted service providers (email delivery, form processing, secure document storage) that are contractually bound to protect your data.
Data security
Applications and documents are transmitted over encrypted (TLS) connections and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure — please do not send full Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or tax documents by plain email; use the secure application link we provide.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to record-retention requirements under federal mortgage law) by emailing jon@dagescapital.com. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying "unsubscribe."
