Dages Capital is a mortgage brokerage based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We arrange loans through a network of licensed wholesale lenders. We do not fund loans directly.
Licensing (NMLS)
Dages Capital is a licensed mortgage brokerage, NMLS #2802965, licensed in the State of Indiana and regulated by the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions. We arrange loans only on properties located in states where we are properly licensed. Dages Capital and its loan originators are licensed under the SAFE Act. Individual NMLS numbers and current state authorizations are available on request and can be verified at the NMLS Consumer Access website.
